Rich Ferdinand

Senior Manager

Rich Ferdinand has 30 years of financial management (CFO) and consulting experience. He has primarily worked with private companies in a variety of industries including technology, media, consumer brands, publication and manufacturing. He has also served as consultant and as an officer in numerous turnaround situations including managing Chapter 11 processes. His core skills include developing credible and viable business plans, fixing and managing accounting departments, building financial and operational forecasting, and managing lender and creditor relationships.

Rich began his career with Deloitte & Touche CPAs where he became certified. He earned his BA in mathematics from Colgate University and his MBA from University of Chicago. Rich has previously taught financial and accounting courses to undergraduate and graduate students at UCLA and he conducts national webcasts for CPAs to meet their continuing education requirements. An avid cycler, he is a 20 year rider for the Pan Mass Challenge, a two day 190 mile ride that has raised approximately $600 million for Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston since its inception.
