About

Our Firm

KGI (formerly named Kibel Green Inc.) wrote the industry "Bible" that is used by competitors, financial institutions, equity investors and other professionals since 1984. The book, "How to Turn Around a Financially Troubled Company" written by Harvey Kibel was selected as one of the top ten books of the year, and received the National Award of Excellence from the President of the United States at a White House ceremony.

Over the years KGI has continued to develop the science of helping companies with urgent problems. This has resulted in three other important books used within the industry; "Value Creation for the Middle Market", "V-max" which focuses on operational aspects of problem solving and "How to Turn Around Financially Troubled Real Estate".

Our major objective when we began in 1984 was to take a significant workload off the backs of owners and CEO's by providing "hands on" assistance and utilizing our senior professionals and the many technical tools we have created. We are implementation oriented and focus on results rather than reports. We have since serviced thousands of clients operating as a consultant or interim manager.

When organizations face high risk situations involving; financing, operations, major conflicts, quick sales or acquisitions; KGI has become the preferred firm to accelerate performance, overcome challenges and maximize value. When necessary, we have raised or restructured over $5 billion in capital transactions for our clients. We have an established network in place that allows us to apply urgently needed capital to special situations that would have never been funded by traditional sources.

In the process of meeting client demands we have also created a specialty in Real Estate utilizing experienced professionals who have been developers and financiers in their own right.
