Gerry Seli is a senior financial executive with more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, financial restructuring, operational turnarounds, and investment banking. Gerry has advised companies, creditors and financial sponsors in complex restructuring transactions, both in-court and out-of-court.

Prior to joining KGI, Gerry worked at several top-tier financial advisory firms such as Ernst & Young, FTI Consulting, and Capstone Advisory Group.

Gerry's industry experience includes healthcare, entertainment and media, food processing and agriculture, restaurant chains, infrastructure and energy, building materials and construction services, manufacturing, retail and wholesale distribution, among other industries.

Gerry is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Certified Fraud Examiner, and holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
