Randy Weaver brings over thirty years of increasingly responsible financial, operating, analytical and investigative experience to KGI. Randy has served as CEO, COO and CFO in both interim and long-term capacities. He has also served as court appointed Responsible Person ("CEO") in a highly contentious telecommunications case; successfully investigated and resolved fraud allegations for a national company with remote operations; and recovered underreported royalties from licensee audits for a major entertainment company.

Randy is highly skilled at quickly understanding the leverage points within an organization. He specializes in complex assignments where the existing personnel, structure and processes do not provide adequate results from a profitability or compliance standpoint. His experience includes working with organizations where a high degree of contractual or regulatory compliance is required including FDA and FTC regulations, construction, government contracting and international standards. He has deep experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, profitability analysis, remote operations management, distribution, international sales and operations, restructurings, asset sales and liquidity events.

Randy is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Northridge in Business (Accounting) and holds a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
