Paul brings over 20 years of experience providing business leadership and advisory services for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He has been a Chief Restructuring Officer, Business Transformation Advisor and Interim Executive for companies requiring financial stabilization or organizational revitalization. His industry experiences include: professional services, arts & culture, education, health, media & entertainment, hospitality, design, architecture, and manufacturing.
Paul has designed and leads the Reboot RetreatTM, Exponential Leaders NetworkTM and Extreme Executive SearchTM initiatives at KGI that helps organizations reach their maximum potential.
Paul's expertise includes: crisis management; financial and organizational transactions involving capital, including merger & acquisitions; cost reduction and rightsizing of organizations; strategic and sales plans; as well as leadership development and stakeholder management. Paul prides himself on being a hands-on, results-oriented leader and advisor.
Paul received his MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University and Master's Degree in Orchestral Conducting from The Cleveland Institute of Music of Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Annenberg Alchemy and Alchemy+ Leadership Programs for Nonprofits. Paul was professor of Human Resources Management for the graduate program in nonprofit administration at Goucher College (MD) and continues to deliver keynote speeches at industry conferences and executive retreats on the topics of business stabilization, revitalization and leadership. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. Paul has received the American Society of Composers and Publishers Award for Adventurous Programming and the P. Bruce Blair Award for Composition from The Johns Hopkins University.
