Robert J. Jordan

A successful entrepreneur and seasoned executive, Mr. Jordan is an experienced multifaceted CEO, specializing in middle-market corporate transformations. His skill set ranges from strategy development and execution to organizational design (and re-positioning) to supercharging growth. Mr. Jordan has spent the past 20 years applying those skills as well as his operational and executive management expertise across a variety of companies and industries.

Proceeding to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Jordan held senior finance and sales positions at The Walt Disney Company and the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group respectively. Subsequently, he acquired, built and sold several successful companies across multiple industries, most recently KMS Software Company, LLC, a leading human capital management software-as-a-service company which was acquired by SAP AG in April 2013.

Mr. Jordan is a recognized authority and thought leader on corporate transformations and is frequently called upon to provide advice and council to a multitude of industry panels, boards and management teams.
