Daniel F. Muth

Daniel Muth is a battle-tested operator and executive with over 25 years of experience in executive management, operations, accounting and finance, operational turnarounds, corporate finance, acquisitions/divestitures, negotiations, sourcing and management consulting. Dan has worked extensively with financial sponsors, creditors and corporate management teams throughout his career.

Following the first half of his career in consulting with Bain & Company - which included work in four of Bain's offices around the globe - Dan for has headed operations improvements and acquisitions for a major private conglomerate, served as Chief Financial Officer for a floral wire service and has led several private equity-owned manufacturing companies as Chief Executive Officer and President. Dan has particularly deep experience in handling the multi-faceted strategic and operational challenges that come to companies in crisis from fast-changing industry dynamics. He has extensive experience in senior and mezzanine debt financing and in transactions to sell privately owned companies.

Dan earned his MBA at Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar (highest honors) and holds his BA in Quantitative Economics (with honors and distinction) from Stanford University. He is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and a Trustee of Marymount High School.
