KGI's summer was busy restructuring and refinancing debt and revitalizing businesses.

In our role as CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) or strategic advisor, we worked closely with each company's management and its lawyers, investment bankers and accounting firms. We also developed critical relationships with lenders and each company's Board of Directors.

Revenues of our clients ranged from $10 million to $150 million, and indebtedness from $5 million to $50 million.
