Solutions:

Working closely with the borrower's management and external financial advisor, KGI helped the borrower to:
  1. Refine and assess its 13-week and monthly cash flow forecast models,
  2. Provide analysis of key drivers and metrics underlying its cash flow forecasts,
  3. Identify and analyze key risks related to the cash flow forecasts,
  4. Facilitate and accelerate the flow of financial information to the new lender, and
  5. Draft a report with KGI's assessment of the borrower's cash flow forecast.
